Shipping

While orders are often shipping out same or next business day, as this is a one person operation, please allow 5 business days from the day of placing your order until the day it is shipped.

All domestic orders are shipped US mail with delivery confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of shipping.  There are three options for domestic shipping:

Standard Airmail (2-6 business days, depending on your location)

                               Or

Priority Mail (2-3 business days, depending on your location)

                               Or

Express Mail (1-2 business days, depending on your location)

Because the cost of mailing varies greatly, depending on weight and size of the package, your shipping & handing charge will be calculated at the time the order is placed by our built-in UPS shipping calculator.

If we feel the calculator has over charged you as calculations are based on a per item weight, we will adjust the shipping charged to you at our end and inform you via email of the new shipping fee. If an error has been made in your favor, additional postage will NOT be applied.

All international orders are shipped US International mail.  There are two options for international shipping:

Standard International Airmail (up to one month, depending on your location)

                               Or

Global Priority Mail (5-10 business days, depending on your location)

Unfortunately standard airmail packages cannot be tracked upon leaving the United States. Priority mail does provide a tracking number.

While most Global Priority packages take 5-10 business days to arrive, please allow up to one month for air mail packages, as delivery time is primarily determined by the postal system of the recipient's country.

US law requires that we declare the full value of the order for customs purposes. Please check with the custom's office in your own country to determine what import and brokerage fees may apply.  We will not accept returns because you do not want to pay the brokerage or customs fees levied by your mail service.
